Stratton's SchoolHouse Program
Up to $1000 for your class room
Are you a teacher, local educator, or just know a teacher in need? Stratton values education and accessibility, so we’ve been giving back to our local educators for over a decade!
When buying or selling a home…
We will give $500 out of our commission right to the classroom of your choice! If our preferred lender Fairway Mortgage provides the loan, they’ll match our donation for a total of $1000 for the classroom!

Our COO, Angie Kuzma, was an educator before becoming one of our fearless leaders! She has a Master of Education from NAU, and taught Educational Psychology at NAU before shifting into Real Estate.

Free home inspection, or $500 off closing costs
If you’re a first responder, or everyday hero, we at Stratton want to celebrate you, and help you! Fire fighters, police, EMTs, medical personnel, military, veterans and even more qualify!
When buying a home…
We’ll order your home inspection free of charge! You still get to decide what company completes the inspection, but we’ll make it free for you.
When selling a home…
We’ll get you $500 off your closing costs, whatever they may be!
