Meet Pete
Pete B. Peterson opened his brokerage company in 2007, Peterson Commercial Group (PCG), where he specialized in the brokerage, management and consulting of manufactured housing communities and Apartments nationwide. This includes ownership and consulting of over 550 units. As the CEO and chief visionary of Peterson Commercial Group (PCG), he has represented clientele Nationwide.
Prior to creating PCG, Pete pursued a career in retail and wholesale sales within the manufactured housing industry, as Regional Sales Manager in Indiana, with Champion Home Builders. In less than 18 months, he turned the region into a profitable sales territory. Commodore Industry then recruited Pete for Colony Homes of Pennsylvania.
In 1998, Pete moved to Tucson, Arizona and became a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializing in the brokerage of multifamily investments.
In 2011, Pete became the CEO of Keller Williams Southern Arizona, overseeing activities of over 400 agents and 5 offices, taking his office from the bottom 10% in agent growth to the top 20% of 678 Keller Williams’ offices. His involvement and knowledge has played a vital role in the continuation of development of PCG.
Pete left his position in July of 2015 as CEO of Keller Williams Southern Arizona to embrace his entrepreneurial spirit and further grow PCG from a local Brokerage to a National Brokerage in the Commercial Brokerage arena. On January 1st, 2017, Pete and his business partner, Angie Kuzma of the Kuzma Group, decided to merge Peterson Commercial Group and the Kuzma Group into one full service Real Estate Brokerage, Stratton Group.
Today Pete and Angie exclusively focus their time and energy on the growth of their residential business of Stratton Real Estate Group and now have offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Springfield IL. Pete is a National Speaker and Business Coach and currently writing his first book on Leadership and Business.
Personal interests include a Harley Davidson, running, traveling and coaching business owners and agents in Real Estate.
